SECTION 1.
Annual meetings of this Association shall be held during the first quarter of the calendar year, at which time the installation of officers for the coming year will be held, the annual report of the Association will be received, and other business will be conducted.
SECTION 2.
Not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of a meeting, the Administrative Secretary shall mail to each member a notice that shall state the time, place, and the purpose of the meeting. Fifteen (15) voting members shall constitute a quorum.
SECTION 3.
In all questions involving parliamentary rules not covered in the Constitution and Bylaws, Robert’s Rules of Order shall govern.
